Zen Spirit was created by Danielle Smith and Ana Vellacher in October 2019. We share a belief that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. We aim to provide a space of positive energy, healing and connection through our events and treatments, and hope that our clients better connect to themselves, their communities, and to the rest of the world.

This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to experienced.
